Shadowraze Wars v3.0

Well because I suddenly felt like doing something again, here's a little makeover.

Changelog:

-Reduced Shadowraze AoE (250 -> 225)
-Reduced Level limit to 9
-Terrain changes
-Requiem of souls' damage is now based on Necromastery. You gain souls for each hero you kill which increases Requiem's damage. Leveling up also increases Requiem's damage. Maximum of 9 souls. Dying will reduce your souls by half.
-Removed Healing Salve
-Increased Periodic Gold (1 gold every 45 seconds)
-Increased Team Periodic Gold
-Wards now come in set of 2 for 3 gold
-Reduced sight range of Sentry Wards (1800 -> 1500)
-Made Wards attackable by Heroes. Wards require 3 hits to be destroyed. However, Heroes still cannot attack other Heroes.
-AGI increases with each level up. Higher AGI means you can attack Wards faster.
-Removed XL Razes
-Removed Holy Requiem
-Reduced cost of AoE Upgrade (10 -> 7)
-Increased max number of AoE Upgrades (6 -> 8)
-Added Damage Upgrades. Costs 7 gold, max number of upgrades: 10. Each upgrade increases Shadowraze damage by 10.
-Added Frost Nova Razes, 18 gold. Slows units it hits for 0.75 seconds. No extra damage. Buying AoE Upgrades increases the stun AoE as well.
-Removed AoE bonus on Meteor razes and gave it a 0.2 second ministun whenever it hits
-Added Ring of Health (5HP/sec regen)
-Added Boots of Travel, a recipe upgrade to Boots of Speed. Gives 80 more movespeed and allows you to teleport to any area in the map with a 2.5 second cast time. Cancelling the spell will still activate its cooldown of 45 seconds.
-Fixed endgame bug which didn't pause heroes and filled the screen with messages
-Increased streak time from 10 to 12 seconds
-Refresher Orb cost 30 -> 26
-Staff of Doom cost 20 -> 22
-Staff of Shandelzare Silkwood cost 20 -> 18
-Precision Raze cost 22 -> 20
-Fixed tooltip error on Thundergod's Wrath rune
